In the past, only paper data collection forms were used, due to the big diversion of the collected results.
For over fifteen years, a special software application collects all relevant data and keeps a record of every examination the patient experienced.
As doctors tend to use various terms for describing their findings, a unique coding was developed and the doctor, conducting the examination, must use one of the predefined codes.
This system provides a manner of standardization – never gained by another data collection system.
