Distribution agents/drivers get the list of goods to be delivered to customers, on a hand-held terminal rather than paper sheets.
Upon supply to each customer, goods barcodes are scanned by the terminal, making sure that only the correct product is supplied.

Should the customer wish to put an additional order, its particulars are directly typed into the terminal. This action saves agent's and customer's time and enables the agent to visit more customers during his working day.

The terminal is synchronized with the organization computer on a daily basis, so the customer can be updated on his balance status.

Customers' orders are downloaded to the organization computer, saving extensive manual typing, which was the standard practice prior to system adoption.
