The inspectors specialize in their professions, and their hand-held terminals are assigned to the activities they are testing.
The Terminals also have the exact data of each department/room requirements and offer dedicated menus to ease the inspector's work.
For quick and secure data collection, whatever data can be barcoded, is labeled and there is no need to type or select data which has its barcoded label.
Routinely, the terminals download their data to a station computer.
Immediately, the data is being processed and made available to all registered users, via the Internet, regardless of their location on the globe.
The system serves as a main management tool, also enabling settling the accounts with sub-contractors.
